Meet Ashley

Ashley’s goal is to help you “heel” so you can live the life you want in a healthier, more balanced way. Her passion for a balanced body and lifestyle comes from years of watching her loved ones battle illness along with her personal journey of managing a college injury.

Ashley has practiced massage since 2009, where she specialized in traditional deep tissue massage, injury rehabilitation, range of motion/stretching, and myofascial release techniques. After experiencing not one, but TWO, repetitive-use injuries she was introduced to barefoot massage and has never looked back.

She has been a certified barefoot massage practitioner since 2015 and specializes in Myofascial Ashiatsu and Sarga Bodywork. She is currently in the process of completing her instructor training with The Center for Barefoot Massage and is an instructor with Yoga Tune Up®.

Her athletic background in dance, yoga, weight lifting, running, and martial arts has aided in her passion for maintaining a balanced body and lifestyle and helps her to more fully understand what’s going on within her clients’ bodies.

Ashley strives to show her clients compassion, helping them heal and gain body awareness so they can live their healthiest lives. She combines her knowledge, education, and personal experience to customize each client’s session to fit their individual needs and wellness goals.

Ashley obtained a Bachelor’s of Science Health and Safety degree from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana and attended massage therapy school in Louisville, Kentucky. She is certified by the state of California (CAMTC #78231) and is also licensed by the state of Kentucky (KY #110677). Additionally, she is nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and holds certifications in prenatal massage, Integrative Reflexology®, and is also a Reiki Master practitioner.

She loves working with clients who strive for a healthier, more balanced life. Whether you’re trying to manage stress, rehabilitate an injury, or reduce symptoms of a chronic issue, Ashley wants to work with you!
